Zeekr 7GT
The Zeekr 7GT is a genuine electric estate car, unveiled at the Brussels Motor Show in January 2026 and built to take on the Tesla Model 3, Volkswagen ID.7 Tourer and BMW i5 Touring. Sold in China as the 007 GT, it’s a Gothenburg-designed “grand tourer” in the traditional sense, quiet, comfortable, and genuinely quick in its higher trims.
Three versions are offered: a Core rear-wheel-drive with a 75kWh battery and up to 322 miles of range, a Long Range rear-wheel-drive with a 100kWh battery stretching to 406 miles, and a Privilege all-wheel-drive using the same 100kWh battery but adding a second motor for a combined 646hp and a 0-62mph time of just 3.3 seconds, down from 5.3 seconds in the single-motor versions. All three run on an 800-volt platform capable of up to 480kW DC charging, adding roughly 250 miles in 13 to 16 minutes. Despite the sporting focus, it’s genuinely practical too, with a 456 litre boot, a front trunk, roof rails rated to 75kg, and a 1,600kg towing capacity.
The Zeekr 7GT has already launched across mainland Europe, priced from β¬45,990 for the Core, rising to β¬57,490 for the Privilege AWD. It has not launched in the UK yet, but Zeekr has named the 7GT as its first UK model, with UK sales confirmed before the end of 2026 and first deliveries expected in early 2027. No UK price has been officially confirmed, though the euro price converts to around Β£39,900 and UK press have reported it should come in under Β£40,000.
