Aion UT
The Aion UT is a compact electric hatchback and the second Aion model in the UK, after the Aion V SUV. It was designed in Europe and engineered for UK roads, with revised springs, dampers, bump-stops and anti-roll bar, and it’s aimed at rivals such as the MINI Electric and Renault 5.
A single motor and a 60kWh battery give up to 268 miles of WLTP range, with a 30 to 80 percent DC charge taking around 24 minutes. There’s a 440 litre boot and 24 storage areas in the cabin. One well-equipped trim is offered, with an optional £1,200 Premium Pack adding a panoramic glass roof, powered tailgate, ventilated driver’s seat and wireless phone charging.
The Aion UT is priced from £28,950 and includes Aion’s eight-year ownership package: eight years of warranty, servicing and roadside assistance, plus MOT tests until the car is eight years old. Orders opened in September 2026, with first customer deliveries due in October.
