iCaur V27

The iCaur V27 is the brand’s flagship, a genuinely large off-road SUV unveiled in full in November 2025 as a direct rival to the Toyota Land Cruiser and Land Rover Defender 110, which it closely resembles in both size and boxy, upright styling. At just over 5 metres long with a 2,900mm wheelbase, it’s actually longer than a Defender 110, if narrower and lower overall.

The V27 is iCaur’s first range-extender hybrid, pairing a 1.5 litre turbocharged petrol engine acting purely as a generator with a 22kWh or 33kWh battery. The all-wheel-drive version produces a combined 335kW system output, with around 200km of CLTC electric-only range and more than 1,000km of combined range once the fuel tank is included, genuinely serious figures for long-distance off-road touring.

The iCaur V27 is expected to reach Chinese showrooms in the fourth quarter of 2026, priced from around 200,000 to 250,000 yuan, roughly £21,500 to £26,900 converted. It has not launched in the UK, and while sibling model the V23 has been confirmed for a UK launch, the V27’s own UK timing remains unconfirmed.
