Xiaomi SU7
The Xiaomi SU7 was the company’s first car, launched in China in 2023 as a sleek electric sedan with styling that draws obvious comparison to Porsche, priced deliberately to undercut Tesla’s Model 3. A substantial update arrived in March 2026, bringing a new 800 volt electrical platform, standard LiDAR sensing, and a reworked chassis Xiaomi calls the Dragon Chassis.
Three trims are offered. The rear wheel drive Standard and Pro both use a 315 hp motor, with the Pro’s larger 96.3 kWh battery stretching CLTC range to as much as 560 miles, the longest in the lineup. The dual motor Max adds a second front motor for a combined 681 hp and a 0 to 62 mph time of just 3.1 seconds, genuinely supercar quick for a practical four door saloon.
The Xiaomi SU7 has never been sold in the UK. In China, pricing spans from around £23,775 for the Standard trim up to roughly £33,000 for the Max, converted from Chinese pricing, useful only as a rough guide since UK pricing, if and when it arrives, is expected to be considerably higher once import duties and homologation costs are added.
