Jaecoo E5
The Jaecoo E5 is the fully electric version of the compact Jaecoo 5, giving buyers who want the brand’s rugged styling a zero emissions option alongside the standard petrol car. It launched in the UK in October 2025, priced to directly undercut most established electric SUV rivals.
Official figures put its WLTP range at up to 248 miles, with DC rapid charging available at up to 80 kW, and the car includes Vehicle to Load capability, letting owners run external devices like camping equipment or power tools directly from the car’s battery.
The Jaecoo E5 carries the same 7 year, 100,000 mile vehicle warranty as the rest of the range, with a separate 8 year, 100,000 mile warranty covering the high voltage battery specifically, matching the terms offered on Jaecoo’s plug in hybrid models.
