Denza D9
The Denza D9 is a full-size luxury MPV, positioned alongside the Z9 GT in Denza’s UK lineup. It targets premium people carriers like the Toyota Alphard and Mercedes-Benz V-Class, aiming to undercut both by a considerable margin while offering a genuinely executive-focused interior.
The UK car is a plug-in hybrid, pairing a 1.5 litre turbocharged petrol engine with two electric motors (231 PS at the front and 61 PS at the rear, around 353 PS combined) and a large 58.5kWh battery. It offers up to 130 miles of electric-only range and up to 590 miles in total, and 0-62mph takes 8.6 seconds. Denza’s Flash Charging can take the battery from 10 to 70 percent in about five minutes. Standard equipment in higher trims includes captain’s chairs and Nappa leather upholstery.
The Denza D9 officially launched in the UK in August 2026, and is available to order now in two trims: Elegance from Β£75,000 and the flagship Ultimate from Β£85,000. Both use the same all-wheel-drive plug-in hybrid powertrain.
