MGS6 EV
The MGS6 EV is MG’s flagship mainstream electric SUV, sitting above the MGS5 EV and below the premium IM5 and IM6. The UK was the first market in the world to receive it, with sales starting in November 2025, and it’s aimed at cars such as the Skoda Enyaq and Tesla Model Y. It shares its platform with the MG4 EV and MGS5 EV.
Every version uses a 77kWh nickel-manganese-cobalt battery. The single-motor rear-wheel-drive models produce 244PS and are good for up to 329 miles of WLTP range and 0-62mph in 7.3 seconds. The dual-motor Trophy adds all-wheel drive and 361PS, cutting the sprint to 5.1 seconds, with range falling to 301 miles. DC charging peaks at 144kW, taking the battery from 10 to 80 percent in around 38 minutes. Reviewers report real-world range closer to 250 miles in winter.
Three versions are sold: the SE Long Range at £37,995, the Trophy Long Range at £40,995 and the Trophy Dual Motor at £43,995, all on the road, backed by MG’s 7 year, 80,000 mile warranty.
