BYD Atto 3
The BYD Atto 3 was BYD’s very first model in the UK, launching in 2023 and helping establish the brand here before the rest of its lineup arrived. It was substantially updated in 2026 as the Atto 3 Evo, bringing more power, a bigger battery, longer range and faster charging within a simplified two trim lineup.
Both Evo trims use a larger 74.8 kWh Blade Battery for a WLTP range of up to 316 miles, a meaningful step up from the outgoing car. The Design trim uses a single 313 PS motor, while the range topping Excellence adds a second motor for all wheel drive and a combined 449 PS. Charging has also improved significantly, with the Evo supporting faster DC rates than the original Atto 3.
Standard equipment on the Evo includes an 8.8 inch digital instrument cluster, a 15.6 inch rotating touchscreen, built in Google services and a 360 degree camera. Every Atto 3 Evo comes with BYD’s 6 year, 93,750 mile warranty, with the battery covered separately for up to 8 years or 155,350 miles.
